Cassone Leasing has been a trusted vendor to countless municipalities throughout their fifty years of business, and the Town of Islip in Long Island, NY is no exception. As the third largest town in New York State, the Town of Islip has a large and comprehensive Parks and Recreation department which spearheads year-round programs for children and their families. This particular unit was created for Byron Lake Park, which is a popular spot for picnics, pool parties, and other family-friendly activities.
The 24×60 Signature Series unit was selected due to its open floorplan and breakout rooms. As a space for daycare programs and summer camps, the unit needed to be versatile and meet county safety standards. To mimic the beauty of the park the unit was to be placed in, the unit was custom painted, skirted, and a ramp was installed for full compliance.
Cassone has also worked with the Town of Islip for many other projects, including their storage container needs, bathroom trailers, additional permanent office space, meeting rooms, and more!
